Arts & Culture
Arts & culture organizations comprise the heart and soul of our society. They are the vital undercurrent of our lives that celebrate diversity, expand our horizons, and elevate the human spirit. We work to increase philanthropy for our arts organization partners so that they can continue enriching the lives of patrons while also delivering economic impact to their communities.
It is a critical time for many health centers and hospitals to address outdated facilities and technologies. As margins continue to thin and as capital reserves become more and more restricted, many of our health care partners, including the emerging senior living center market, are benefitting from the impact and efficiency of sound fund development programs.
A quality education can change a person’s life. Knowledge is power, it is freedom, it is opportunity. But many schools face challenges in sustaining operations while supporting scholarship needs and maintaining facilities. HRR has worked with independent schools, charter schools as well as colleges and Universities with campaigns, major gifts, and endowments drive advancement departments forward to new levels of success. We work to strengthen alumni programs, while also engaging corporate and foundation efforts.

Social Services & Mental Health
Every nonprofit is borne out of passion for a cause. Whether it’s feeding the hungry, giving shelter to the homeless, offering a safe haven for the abused, or opening new opportunities to realize human potential, our nonprofit service agency partners make a difference in our world.
We help our clients articulate their unique missions, connecting them to donors who are equally passionate for their cause. HRR brings strategy and focus on development so that our client partners can continue their focus on helping our most vulnerable populations. We work to identify and engaged new corporate, foundation and individual donors to support solutions to some of our communities’ most complex problems.
For centuries, people have found solace and taken comfort in their faith to thank a higher power in times of plenty or to seek guidance in troubled times. Connection, strength, purpose: religious organizations weave a tapestry that is vital to the strength of our communities and families.
While weekly gifts and tithing help to keep daily operations running smoothly, there comes a time to that attention must be given to sustainability and growth. HRR’s campaigns and stewardship programs take fundraising results to a higher level.

From companion animals to guide dogs, from stray rescues to therapeutic horseback riding, animals contribute to our world in so many significant ways. They can be used in occupational therapy, speech therapy, or physical rehabilitation to hasten patients’ recovery. Most importantly, they are our best friends, bringing enrichment and unconditional love to our daily lives.
We help our animal welfare partners secure resources for new and upgraded facilities and shelters. We help drive annual results that support spay-neuter programs as well as pet food bank programs for those in financial need.

Youth Empowerment & Recreation
Providing all children with places where they can explore, learn and grow is vital for nurturing them to their fullest potential. After-school programs, youth enrichment organizations, parks and playgrounds inspire creativity and fun while teaching valuable life skills and healthy behaviors.
We help raise funds for new facilities. And, we empower our nonprofit partners to push the bounds of what seems possible, driving efforts to the next level through proven methods based on best practice.
