Arts and Cultural Organizations

Going straight to the bottom line tells only part of the story of what arts and cultural groups contribute to our society. Physical and financial accomplishments mean little if the human spirit isn’t elevated or inspired along the way. Artists who challenge and instruct us, who provide us with daily enjoyment or long-lasting inspiration, often rely upon the wisdom and countenance of institutions that oversee local, regional or national arts endeavors.

Holmes, Radford & Avalon looks at each opportunity to guide esteemed groups in this area as a chance to contribute to the spiritual and intellectual well-being of a region. We’ve designed feasibility studies, capital campaigns, capacity building, annual funds and other fund raising tools for groups focused on performing arts, theaters, arts education and appreciation, facility expansion and restoration, and memberships.

Among these, we’ve worked with:

  • KDHX Community Media (St. Louis, MO);
  • Grand Center, Inc. (St. Louis, MO);
  • The Suzuki Institute (Stevens Point, WI);
  • Princess Grace Foundation (New York);
  • Little Theatre On The Square (Sullivan, IL);
  • Art St. Louis;
  • Central Wisconsin Symphony (Stevens Point, WI); and
  • Portage County Public Library (Portage, WI).

The payoffs in directing successful fund raising efforts for arts organizations can affect all of us in ways we may not even appreciate. Such is the subtle and strong influence of art and culture on the human spirit.
