
Special Consultant to Rural Health
Holmes Radford & Avalon is proud to introduce our new Special Consultant to Rural Health, Mr. John D. Fajt. John has a long distinguished healthcare career in Illinois and Indiana. Recently, he retired as CEO from the Hospital & Medical foundation of Paris, Illinois.
John Fajt has spent close to fifty years in various executive positions in the Healthcare Industry. He has served as Chief Finance Officer at Latrobe Area Hospital, later he served as the Assistant Administrator at Divine Providence Hospital, and then, as Chief Executive Officer of Putnam County Hospital. He is an expert on hospital funding sources and has demonstrated a unique capability of managing the finances of these healthcare institutions during good times and bad.
During his professional career John Fajt has served on numerous ICAHN committees and State Hospital Associations. He has been honored often and he has achieved many awards including, "Distinguished Hoosier" award by the Indiana Legislature and Governor’s Office. (But, we won't hold that against him). John is really, a delightful person with a great deal of expertise which will be of benefit to our Holmes Radford & Avalon healthcare clients and others, as well.
John D. Fajt, LFACHE has a Masters Degree in Public Health-Hospital Administration, from the University of Pittsburgh. His B.A. was in Financial Management from St. Vincent College. He and his wife Patricia have five children.
